Resolved: Password reset issues

Summary

The service desk has received several reports of new/existing students and staff encountering issues when trying to reset their password via self service password reset which appears to be a Microsoft connectivity issue.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused while IT Services investigate this issue.
