Resolved: Resolved: MySIS / MyPrint connectivity issues

Summary

The QMUL ITS Service Desk have received reports of issues connecting to MySIS and MyPrint and are currently investigating the issue.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.

Update 20/5/25 22:00: We are still encountering issues with MySIS and MyPrint. IT Services are still working on this issue and the next update will be provided by 09:00 on the morning of Wednesday 21/5.

Update 20/5/25 23:00: Services have been restored however we are continuing to monitor impacted services while the root cause of the issue is investigated.

Update 21/5/25 15:00: Services have remained stable throughout today however the root cause is believed to be maintenance undertaken by Microsoft and furthermore similar maintenance is taking place this evening so there is a concern QMUL systems may be impacted again so again we will be monitoring closely throughout this evening and provide updates as required.
