Summary
We will be migrating the Terminalfour (T4) Content Management System (CMS) to the vendor’s cloud infrastructure on Tuesday 1 April and Thursday 3 April. As part of this process, there will be temporary publishing freezes on the affected dates.

Impact on Users: Monday 31 March and 1 April
- Publishing freeze: publishing to the sites listed will be paused overnight from Monday 31 March at 5pm until Tuesday 1 April at 10am.
- Any content added or edited during this time will not appear on live sites until publishing resumes.
- Once publishing restarts at 10am Tuesday 1 April, content updates will be processed as usual within the normal publishing schedule.
- While publishing is paused you can still edit content in T4 Site Manager, but changes won’t go live until after the freeze.
- During the migration, all affected sites will remain fully accessible to external visitors and users.

Impact on Users: 3 April
- Publishing Freeze: 10am – 11am on Thursday 3 April to complete the final stage of the migration.
- Publishing will resume at 11am, and content updates will be processed as usual.
- You can continue making content changes in T4 Site Manager during the publishing freeze. Once publishing resumes, refresh your page or clear your cache to see updates.
- After the migration, there will be no changes to the look and feel of websites for content editors or visitors.
