* For those who use softphones/Contact Centre Management software (such as Admissions, Switchboard and the ITS Service Desk), you will not be able to login to Ignite or to make or receive calls from your softphone during this time.
* Anyone who needs ITS support can still contact the ITS Service Desk via phone during this upgrade window as calls will be diverted to our out-of-hours partner, NorMAN.
Saturday, 20 May 2023, 8am – 8pm
* For those who use a physical desk phone in the office (roaming users), you will not be able to make or receive calls using your phone during this time.
* If you use a physical desk phone, you may also need to log back in to your phone after ITS has completed the upgrade. To log back in, you will need your extension number and PIN.
* For information on how to log back in to your phone, visit the ITS website.
Note that this upgrade will also impact phones in lifts – ITS have already been in contact with relevant parties to coordinate this effort and ensure the safety of our students and staff.
