Summary
Impact to users and services affected: We are aware of some issues with new QMUL devices disconnecting or having intermittent connectivity issues over both wired and wireless connections.
This has been raised with the vendor and we are currently awaiting a fix for this however if you encounter this issue then please raise a ticket with Service Desk confirming the location, date/time, device make/model and if the connection was over wired or wireless.
