Resolved: Essential Maintenance of University – WiFi – Thursday 26th January 20:00 – 22:00 – All Campuses

Summary

Maintenance Duration: 120 minutes total, approximately 30 minutes of affected downtime for each access point.

Impact to users and services affected: There will be an interruption to the WiFi and users may not be able to connect between these hours for an estimated 30 minutes.

This affects the entire QM WiFi network regardless of campus.

Please use the wired network (which is not affected) where you can during this short period.

This disruption is required to update our access points to the latest firmware and support the security of the network.

If you are unable to connect to the WiFi after this time, please raise a ticket to IT Services.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
