Summary

Impact to users and services affected: There are currently issues accessing QMUL services via Forticlient VPN.

Update 12.18pm: Earlier today there was an issue with staff members connecting to the VPN gateway. This has caused some colleagues on managed laptops off campus and on eduroam to lose connection to QMUL applications.

This has now been resolved and you should be able to connect to applications.
