Resolved: Scheduled: Core network Upgrade on Saturday the 30th April, between 9.30am to 12pm(Midday)

Summary

Buildings affected and impact:

  • Queens’ building, Areas Impacted – All. An outage of approx. 15 minutes between 0930-1100.
  • Engineering, Areas Impacted – The refurbished area of the 1st floor, Engineering East and the 4th floor. An outage of approx. 15 minutes between 0930-1100.
  • Bancroft Road Health & Safety, Areas Impacted – All. An outage of approx. 15 minutes between 1030-1200.

Nursery, Areas Impacted  – All.   An outage of approx. 15 minutes between 1030-1200.

During the outages there will be no access to IT Services if you are using the QMUL Wired Network  or QMUL WiFi.

If you are using a personal device on 4\5G services will not be impacted.
