Impact to users and services affected:
FAO Managers only – My People
An issue has arisen that means the listing of your direct or indirect report in MyHR – My People may be incorrect e.g. new starters and transfers in may be missing; leavers and transfers out may still be showing.
For staff that are missing:
You will not be able to book leave requests, view them in peer planner or look at their forms history
However you will still be able to select them to process timesheets and sickness.
We are currently investigating the issue and will update you as soon as possible.
Update – Wednesday 13th April @10.30am – This issue was resolved yesterday evening, however you may need to log in again to refresh MyHR.
