Resolved: Direct Access servers reboot on Tuesday 30 November, 10pm to 11pm

Maintenance duration: 1 hour – 10:00pm to 11:00pm on Tuesday 30th November.

Impact to users and services affected: On Tuesday 30th November between 10:00pm to 11:00pm IT Services will be performing preventative maintenance on servers that enable laptops to access our network remotely. The direct access servers are scheduled to be rebooted at this time in the morning in order to minimise disruption to existing logins and to allow new logins to the service.  During the time of the reboot, new connections will not be possible and a loss of connectivity for existing users will occur.  Existing and new connections will be re-established shortly after the reboot and services start up.
