Summary
Description: IT Services will be completing the next phase of the student migration project. From Thursday 19th August 2021, iPay will be decommissioned and is due to be replaced with MyPrint. We expect the works to take no longer than 2 weeks to complete.
Impact to users and services affected: There will be a short term impact to credit top up and library fine functionality whilst the transition to MyPrint is completed. iPay will be unavailable from the 19th August 2021 therefore, Students that are needing to top up credit will need to contact the Service Desk via Live Chat or the Library Reception for an overdraft to be created on their account.
