An incident has occurred which means access has been restricted to the network for some users within Barts Cancer Institute and Wolfson Institute. For those affected, teams are working to reestablish the services as soon as possible. We will contact all affected users again as soon as possible.
Update 13/12/2013: Access to research data remains restricted. We are in contact with applicable users and contingency arrangements are in place where possible. We have taken the necessary steps in response to the network issue to support our service recovery, with services now being brought back online in a controlled manner.
We continue to work at pace to resolve the issue and to restore all services as quickly as possible.

Update 29/11/23: We are still experiencing serious network issues, and teams have been working around the clock to resolve the situation. For the time being, access continues to be restricted to the BCI network and services will remain offline until further notice. Update 27/11/23: A technical issue is affecting the BCI network and IT Services are continuing to work to resolve this as quickly as possible to restore service. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience during this time.
